JSC «AIRLINE «UKRAINE-AIRALLIANCE» was founded on February 28, 1992 and is one of the first private airlines in Ukraine, which has received international status by registering in the ICAO (ICAO Call-sign UKL).

The business activity of the Airline is aimed at cargo air transportation on domestic and international routes.

During its performance the Airline has mastered 10 aircraft types: AN-24 - 1998-2002; AN-74 - 1994-1999; MI-8MT - 1994; AN-2 - 1993-2003; AN-32 - 1993-2003; AN-12 - 1994-2003; AN-26 - 1997-2003; IL-76 - 2000-2011; An-28 - 2001-2003; AN-124-100 - 2011. Currently the Airline operates AN-12 aircraft only.

The Airline carries out charter cargo flights around the world, as well as fulfilling contracts with governmental and non-governmental organizations for transportation of humanitarian goods. UAA closely cooperates with the UN and NATO on the delivery of urgent cargo, including military and dual-use cargo.

The Airline is also licensed to carry dangerous goods. UAA specializes in transportation of oversize cargo, has a huge experience in carrying perishables, animals, palletized cargo and mail.

Flight and engineer/technical staff of the Airline are highly skilled professionals and have years of experience in civil aviation. This ensures a high level of service, punctuality and security of cargo delivery worldwide, even to difficult approached airports and in adverse conditions.

On November 9, 2015 PJSC «AIRLINE «UKRAINE-AIRALLIANCE» has successfully received a renewed Air Operator Certificate and operates 7 AN-12 aircraft with the following registration numbers: UR-CGW, UR-CGV, UR-CAJ, UR-CAH, UR-CAK, UR-CNT and UR-CZZ. All aircraft are equipped according to all latest requirements of ICAO and EASA. SAFA inspections are being successfully passed for the compliance with the highest standards of flight safety.
